The presentation of my book, “The small book on the big lessons of life, or How we all come from childhood”, took place. I wrote this book in airports – no exaggeration! It started as professional literature but gradually transformed into a collection of short stories about the lessons from my childhood. And you know what? I like it. Because when choosing between sounding smart and being interesting, I always prefer the latter.

Today, I had the privilege of moderating a dynamic panel discussion at WCIT 2024 / DigiTec with amazing panelists. We spoke about AI in HR and how it changes the game in the way we work and we lead. Here are the key takeaways: 1. Building Trust in AI – trust is not just about quality – it is about understanding. We trust when we feel in control, when we know something will deliver and when technology aligns with our values. So how do we build that trust in AI? 2. Personalized Learning – AI can revolutionize Learning & Development by tailoring training to individual needs. As Ahmed Adel mentioned, the power of AI lies in personalization – making education more relevant and effective for every employee.

In a format of business breakfast had a privilege to be a guest speaker for Mantashyants Entrepreneurs Union members. During this meeting, we tried to understand how to avoid mistakes, how to build a well-structured corporate culture, how to motivate employees, how to have a strong team and develop our own company, registering unprecedented growth rates, etc.
