The presentation of my book, “The small book on the big lessons of life, or How we all come from childhood”, took place. I wrote this book in airports – no exaggeration! It started as professional literature but gradually transformed into a collection of short stories about the lessons from my childhood. And you know what? I like it. Because when choosing between sounding smart and being interesting, I always prefer the latter.

In one of the episodes of “Other News,” Sergey Tantushyan and I, trainers and co-authors of the “zoom in!” career orientation program, shared our thoughts on helping teens build decision-making skills.
The program aims to support teens and youth in discovering their strengths and weaknesses through self-awareness, with a focus on nurturing what they are naturally good at.
We also discussed some of the cultural aspects that influence career choices, such as national mindset, family traditions, and more.

In this heartfelt reflection, I share a journey of soul-to-soul moments, meaningful coaching, new beginnings like OpenUP and CIRQLE, and gratitude for connection, friendship, and peace. Today, I had the privilege of moderating a dynamic panel discussion at WCIT 2024 / DigiTec with amazing panelists. We spoke about AI in HR and how it changes the game in the way we work and we lead. Here are the key takeaways: 1. Building Trust in AI – trust is not just about quality – it is about understanding. We trust when we feel in control, when we know something will deliver and when technology aligns with our values. So how do we build that trust in AI? 2. Personalized Learning – AI can revolutionize Learning & Development by tailoring training to individual needs. As Ahmed Adel mentioned, the power of AI lies in personalization – making education more relevant and effective for every employee.
