The OpenUP event, distinguished by its unique format within the Armenian market, was successfully hosted. The event was fully developed and implemented by Cascade People & Business enthusiasts, under my leadership. The guest of the first episode was Edgar Karapetyan, and the entire evening was accompanied by pianist Karen Grigoryan.
In the format of coaching, games, cozy atmosphere and positive vibes, we immersed ourselves in various stories, feelings, fears, aspirations and other interesting areas of Edgar’s life, played and had fun, got sad and laughed, ultimately trying to discover the multi-layered nature of a person in all its manifestations.

It was an absolute pleasure to share my insights and engage with the audience.
