The event was fully developed and implemented by Cascade People & Business enthusiasts, under my leadership. The guest of the first episode was Edgar Karapetyan, and the entire evening was accompanied by pianist Karen Grigoryan.

In the format of coaching, games, cozy atmosphere and positive vibes, we immersed ourselves in various stories, feelings, fears, aspirations and other interesting areas of Edgar’s life, played and had fun, got sad and laughed, ultimately trying to discover the multi-layered nature of a person in all its manifestations.

Sergey Tantushyan and I were invited as guests on Armenian Public TV to speak about Human Resource Management and its related challenges. We explored career orientation, adaptability, communication, and the future of continuous learning in Armenia. It was a thoughtful dialogue on how organizations and individuals must evolve together.
