November reflections: setting the stage for 2024
Can you believe we are already halfway through November 2024? It is that time of year when I like to give myself a pause – just for a few hours – to reflect on where I’ve been and where I’m heading. If you’re thinking about how to set yourself up for a successful 2024, here are three well-known things I have found invaluable: 1. Celebrate the Wins – Look back at what you’ve accomplished this year. Big or small, each success matters. What worked and you liked? Why did it work and why you think so? Taking time to recognize and analyse these wins gives you the understanding how to build on them.
