Employer branding is a crucial topic in the business world that is being actively discussed. Well-designed branding affects the recognition of the company among job seekers, as well as its status in the labor market. Hence, as the President of Armenian HR Association jointly with Grant Thornton Armenia, together we came up with the “հայrate” project the purpose of which is to identify attractive employers in the Armenian market among students. More than 1 000 students of Armenia’s higher education institutions participated in the survey, expressing their opinion openly by naming the most attractive employer for 2021, regardless of the field of their activity.
The project identifies the gaps in employer branding that Armenian companies have and provides them with incentives to work on their image and make improvements, and thus, enhances the local job market.
