The three-month-long comprehensive employee competency evaluation aimed to assess and enhance the skills and capabilities of both managerial and non-managerial staff, paving the way for individual and collective progress for the client company.

The non-managerial team faced a targeted assessment highlighting their unique strengths. Simultaneously, the managers underwent a detailed evaluation, but their list of competencies also included the once that are critical for leadership roles. The evaluation was a strategic roadmap for growth.
