At the start of March, I had the honor of being invited as a facilitator at the 12th Masterclass of the Middle East Leadership Alliance (MELA). This event featured a mix of main learning sessions and smaller breakout groups, led by skilled professionals and experienced practitioners from various parts of the world. I thoroughly enjoyed my role as a facilitator for my group, appreciated the expertise of the faculty, and gained valuable insights from the outstanding speakers who shared their knowledge and experiences.
