In January 2023, I went on a business trip to Dushanbe. During the trip, I worked on different projects, met with various companies, and provided training to different teams. The training focused on improving their skills and understanding in areas like HR, communication, strategy, and management. Additionally, I carried on with my ongoing project, acting as an HR consultant to help a client establish appropriate HR practices and structures.
